Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Developer / Systems Engineer to modernize federal financial-regulatory systems. You will design, build, test, and deploy software and automations that translate mission needs into secure, maintainable capabilities.

You will blend hands-on development with analysis, ensuring accessibility and security, while supporting SA&A and continuous monitoring in a fully remote, US-based engagement. Strong AWS and Power Platform skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development and systems engineering within the past 10 years.
• Hands-on AWS experience (SageMaker, RDS, S3, ECS) with Python.
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform development: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting ETL/data pipelines and integrations.
• Database design and development (SQL; NoSQL a plus).
• Proficient with CI/CD, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint Online.
• Familiar with SA&A/RMF, security architecture, and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, and deploy code for software applications meeting business needs.
• Design, build, and automate workflows; create dashboards and reports.
• Develop analytics and automated dataflows in AWS SageMaker with Python.
• Build automations in Power Automate and Power Platform components.
• Develop dashboards and data models in Power BI using SQL and DAX.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and release standards; document evidence.
