Job summary

Redan LLC seeks a highly experienced Senior Developer / Systems Engineer to join a growing team delivering modernization for a federal financial-regulatory client. You design, build, test, and deploy software solutions and automations, combining hands-on development with system design and security standards, including SA&A responsibilities.

This role focuses on AWS and Power Platform, data quality, and agile collaboration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development and systems engineering experience in the last 10 years.
• Hands-on AWS experience (SageMaker, RDS, S3, ECS) with Python.
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform development - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting ETL/data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, and deploy code for software applications and systems.
• Design and automate business workflows and dashboards/reports.
• Develop analytics and dataflows in AWS SageMaker using Python.
• Build automations in Power Automate including AI-assisted text summarization and classification.
• Develop Power Platform apps and code apps on the governed platform.
• Create dashboards and data models in Power BI with SQL/DAX.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, and validation documentation.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and release standards across the environment.
