Job summary

Gov Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to modernize government and defense systems. You will design and deploy secure, scalable Power Platform solutions, mentor teammates, and help govern platform usage across complex environments.

The role emphasizes model-driven development, Dataverse architecture, ALM processes, and AI-assisted delivery while ensuring security and governance. Remote work with occasional on-site in Washington, DC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps Canvas and Model‑Driven solutions with Dataverse.
• Create complex workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Model and implement Dataverse data models, security, and business rules.
• Develop custom Power Platform functionality using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Power Fx, APIs, and connectors.
• Build interactive dashboards and analytics with Power BI.
