• Lead, develop, and engage engineering staff to meet business requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and control development projects, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Oversee engine development activities, including test cell planning and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and TT capability leads to align topics.

Education
