Job summary

Referment is seeking a senior Desktop and Workplace Engineer for its New York office. This high-visibility role supports portfolio managers, analysts, traders and corporate leaders in a fast-moving investment environment.

You will own complex escalations, oversee the MSP’s day-to-day delivery, and drive improvements across endpoints, identity, connectivity and workplace technology in collaboration with Network, Security and Cloud teams.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in desktop, workplace or end-user engineering, with significant Tier 3 escalation exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11 and macOS in an enterprise setting.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and identity platforms (Entra ID).

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technology escalation point for the New York office.
• Oversee MSP delivery and ensure issues meet the expected standard.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to drive resolution of complex incidents.
