Referment is seeking a highly experienced Desktop and Workplace Engineer in our New York office. You will be the senior escalation point, supporting portfolio managers, analysts and traders, taking ownership of complex issues that require rapid, high-velocity resolution.

You will diagnose problems across Windows, macOS, 365 apps, AD/Entra ID, Group Policy and endpoint management tools, coordinating with MSP and internal teams to deliver durable fixes and improvements.

Qualificações

• Seven-plus years of desktop/workplace or end-user engineering experience, including senior escalation duties.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior escalation point for New York office; own complex, front-office impacting issues.
• Provide expert support across endpoints, identity, connectivity and workplace apps.
• Oversee MSP delivery and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Coordinate cross-team resolution with Network, Security and Cloud Platform teams.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and create runbooks and knowledge articles.
