Job summary

First Tech in Marlboro, MA is seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to provide advanced endpoint support across branch and corporate locations. You will image, configure, deploy, and repair devices while guiding junior techs and coordinating with IT teams to resolve complex issues.

The role includes onboarding new employees, maintaining devices, and contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop systems, software applications, and endpoint technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop, branch, and corporate location support for complex endpoint issues.
• Assist with onboarding workstation setup and device deployment.
• Image, configure, and repair laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Serve as escalation resource for junior technicians and document resolutions.
