Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an experienced on-site desktop and conference room support specialist in Radnor, PA to serve a busy business environment. You will manage end-user computing, AV setups, and SIP-based meetings while collaborating with the global UC group to ensure seamless service delivery for executives and staff.

This role requires 5+ years in desktop and conference room support, strong communication, and solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in desktop and conference room support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with business users.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite.
• Experience joining SIP-enabled conference rooms.
• Experience setting up lavaliere mics and presenting content on screens.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Desktop support with AV experience and on-site availability.
• Experience with Cisco, Teams, and Crestron is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user computing and technology service delivery for professionals.
• Advance a customized support model to improve service levels.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and issues in day-to-day workflows.
• Use root-cause and trend analysis to prevent issues.
• Escalate issues with vendors when needed and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for moves, exchanges and maintenance.
• Support conference rooms and work with the global UC group.

Keys to the Position

1. At least 5-7 years of desktop and conference room support experience
2. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as this person will be working directly with business users
3. Must strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
4. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
5. Must have experience joining SIP-enabled conference rooms
6. Experience setting up lavaliere mics, putting presentations on screens, joining WebexTeams meetings, and other common large meeting support skills
7. A plus would be a good working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
8. Desktop support with AV experience
9. 5 days a week onsite
10. 8 – 5 coverage or 8:30 to 5:30 – flexible.
11. Experience with Cisco, Teams, and Crestron would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the end user computing platform and technology service delivery for business professionals.
• Advance our customized support model designed to provide the highest level of service delivery to the business community.
• Employ problem-solving skills on inquiries and issues that arise as part of the day-to-day business workflow.
• Drive for issue prevention by employing root-cause analysis, issue tracking, trend analysis and status reporting.
• Take point on escalating issues with vendors, ensuring proper urgency and effort is taken with each case.
• Coordinate with vendors to provide maintenance and repairs, moves and equipment exchanges.
• Support the offices conference rooms, including calling in maintenance requests, and working closely with our Boston-based Conference Room Support team and global Unified Communication Group.

Estimated Min Rate: $28.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
