Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is desired.
• Five years of end-user IT support experience (Windows/macOS).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 deskside and remote support.
• Support Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Manage tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/Cherwell).
• Assist with security compliance and endpoint management.
• Maintain asset records and documentation.
