• Provides timely support and sets attainable expectations for the internal and remote customers supported by the helpdesk.
• Monitors the helpdesk queue and ensures tickets meet service levels.
• Performs system builds and repairs; works with hardware and software vendors to verify timely delivery and readiness.
• Documents solutions and updates knowledgebase; maintains documentation.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new employees within the Help Desk team.
