Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
8+ years of desktop support in a classified environment.
Experience imaging with SCCM for deployments.
Windows 11 administration experience.
Experience with ticketing systems.
PowerShell scripting for automation.
ServiceNow experience.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

Image systems using SCCM and manage software deployments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 systems.
Perform system hardening and patching per classified environment protocols.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
