Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. seeks a Sr. Deskside Technician in Singapore, NY on a contract basis to support Mac and Windows devices, printers, and mobile devices in a large corporate environment. You will perform IMAC tasks, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage assets using the client’s ticketing tool.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work after-hours are required; lifting up to 50 pounds is possible. High School Diploma required, with a focus on customer-facing IT support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware in a corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and research KB articles.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
• Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
• Windows 7/10 operating systems support.
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN.
• IMAC Install/Move/Add/Change and asset management.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for Windows devices.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track and resolve incidents via ticketing tool.
• May provide Executive support and on-call coverage.
