Squanch Games is seeking a Senior Designer to turn design concepts into high-quality gameplay experiences for a fully remote studio. You’ll own large sections of levels, build with Unreal Engine, and mentor teammates to push creative boundaries.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver narrative-driven experiences that are funny and impactful, from blockout to ship, while iterating based on playtests and feedback.

Formación

• Credit on one or more published titles.
• Shipped console title is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of level editing tools and scripting in Unreal Engine or similar editors.
• Ability to mentor and guide levels from blockout to ship.
• Proven experience creating narrative-driven experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own large sections of the game and guide design direction.
• Build well-designed white-box layouts in Unreal Engine with strong aesthetics.
• Mentor teammates and support junior designers.
• Create immersive gameplay scenarios that reinforce core mechanics.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet goals.
