Floor & Decor in Homewood, AL seeks a Senior Designer to lead the design team and deliver end-to-end, consultative design service that builds lasting client relationships and brand loyalty. You will meet with customers, interpret needs, educate on requirements, and craft creative concepts aligned with style, lifestyle, and budget.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with store leadership, stay current on design trends, utilize Salesforce and the Online Design Scheduler, and

Qualificações

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience.
• Prior retail/sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring a plus.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with customers to discuss design needs and budgets.
• Develop design concepts that fit client style, lifestyle and budget.
• Schedule design appointments and build clientele through networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessory advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.
