Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking an experienced Architect to join a multidisciplinary team in Denver, focusing on design leadership from concept to execution. You will collaborate with design and technical leadership, contribute to presentations, and ensure designs meet owner parameters and budgets.

The role requires a strong portfolio, US architectural knowledge, and proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and real-time rendering tools. Remote work options are available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural registration in the US preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
• Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Additional 3D modeling experience in Rhino preferred.
• Experience with real-time rendering software such as Enscape/Twinmotion/V-Ray demonstrated in portfolio.
• Some experience with Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently and with others contribute conceptual design and provide full architectural design support.
• Incorporate business and communication objectives in strategic design solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and present design ideas.
• Prepare client presentation materials including 2D/3D visualizations.
• Design projects to meet budget and owner parameters.
• Collaborate with interior designers and typology experts from exterior to interior.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues; communicate proactively.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration and innovation.
• Perform overtime work and site visits as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
