Job summary
LegalZoom seeks a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to craft scalable, high-performing marketing experiences. You will own the design system, drive AI-first workflows, and collaborate across brand, marketing, product, and engineering. You join a hybrid team working both remotely and on-site at multiple California locations, shaping experiences for legal services customers.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of UX/UI design for web marketing and design systems.
- Strong portfolio showing UX/UI thinking and design system work.
- Hands-on use of AI in design processes and workflows.
- Fluency in component-based UX/UI and code-first environments.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, tokens, and prototyping.
- Experience with Builder.io or similar CMS is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Steward and evolve the web design system.
- Lead the evolution of the marketing design system from foundations to production components.
- Apply strong UX/UI skills to simplify customer journeys and drive conversions.
- Maintain high visual craft, typography, hierarchy, interaction, and accessibility.
- Refactor legacy experiences and avoid unnecessary one-offs.
- Champion UX/UI standards through reviews, docs, critiques, and support.
