Job summary

The Crowd in New York, a design-focused international studio, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex design-driven projects spanning art, architecture and experiential installations.

You will act as the primary client and supplier liaison, manage budgets and timelines, drive multi-project delivery, and collaborate with senior teams to allocate resources and guide feasibility and execution strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience within an architecture, experiential, exhibitions or immersive design studio.
• Experience across all stages, concept through fabrication and installation.
• Demonstrated track record in managing diverse projects of varying scales and disciplines.
• Proficiency in client account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client and supplier liaison throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets and timelines.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying budgets.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers.
• Regularly update the directors on budgetary matters.
• Keep project team in the loop of key milestones and progress updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to allocate design resources effectively.
• Offer guidance on project feasibility and execution strategies.
• Source all necessary products and materials.
• Coordinate site visits and disseminate relevant information internally.
• Oversee on-site installations, ensuring smooth execution.
