Job summary

Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its New York studio in Brooklyn. The role is hybrid and involves leading complex creative projects from brief to production, installation and aftercare, coordinating with clients, designers, artists and fabricators to ensure high-quality delivery.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules and risk, review design documentation, and translate creative intent into production-ready solutions while supporting junior team

Qualifications

• Significant project-management experience in creative/design/fabrication environments.
• Experience delivering permanent physical projects such as workplace installations, public art or branded environments.
• Proven ownership of projects from briefing through fabrication and installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple creative projects from briefing through design development, production, installation and handover.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client meetings, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Develop detailed project programmes, schedules, milestones and delivery plans.
• Coordinate communication between clients, designers, artists, architects, consultants, fabricators and contractors.
• Manage several concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Prepare project estimates, quotations, scopes and fee proposals.
• Manage production budgets up to $1 million.
• Monitor costs and project profitability for leadership.
• Lead vendor bidding, procurement and supplier negotiations.
