Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in interior design or hospitality.
• Experience leading projects through design and construction phases.
• Strong budgeting, billing, and forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior design projects from planning and design development through construction administration and completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, workplans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with senior design and project leadership.
• Partner with senior teams on project handovers, scope development, staffing, scheduling, and overall project planning.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for clear communication and seamless delivery.
• Oversee project financials, including fee tracking, billing, forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
