Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
• As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to inform design strategies and identify experience gaps.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that enhance user interaction and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align research findings with business goals, ensuring effective communication and consensus building.
• Develop and guide research methodologies, verifying data accuracy and addressing inconsistencies to support design decisions.

• Facilitate usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize user experience.
