Intuit in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Design Researcher to guide product, design, and marketing teams by reframing questions into clear research goals and hypotheses. The role requires deep expertise in design research and collaboration across disciplines.

You will conduct end-to-end studies, synthesize insights, advocate for customer needs, and coach teams on ethical AI usage to scale research quality across the organization.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of design/UX research leadership.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, design, product management, customer success, etc.
• Experience with research data collection and analysis platforms such as UserTesting/Qualtrics.
• Experience with mixed methods: qualitative, quantitative studies, surveys.
• Ability to triangulate qualitative findings with survey data, product analytics, and secondary research.
