Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Design Researcher to advance AI-augmented research, guiding product, design, and marketing stakeholders to uncover customer insights. The role emphasizes end-to-end study design, synthesis, and strategic recommendations, with collaboration across design, product, and data teams.

You will lead qualitative and mixed-method research, coach peers on responsible AI use, and help elevate the research craft within a fast-paced, customer-obsessed culture at Intuit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading design/UX research projects.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (marketing, design, product management, etc.).
• Experience with research data collection and analysis tools (UserTesting, Qualtrics) and design tools (Figma).

Responsibilities

• Guide product, design, and marketing stakeholders in reframing questions into clear research goals and learning plans.
• Plan and conduct a wide range of research projects end-to-end to uncover deep insights.
• Synthesize data into clear insights and frameworks and turn them into action.
• Coach designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners on conducting their own research, including responsible use of AI.
• Bring an outside-in customer perspective to influence stakeholders and partner with data teams.
• Contribute to evolving the research team's craft and standards for AI use in research.
