Job summary

Amazon's Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) team seeks a full life cycle recruiter for the GSR Design group to partner with senior leaders, craft targeted search strategies, and identify top-tier design talent for Principal to VP level roles across Amazon.

You will collaborate with research, build innovative sourcing methods, and shape talent acquisition approaches while enhancing the candidate experience for world-class design professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with research to identify and cultivate candidates for innovative, scalable business growth.
• Creating unique search strategies to deliver the right leaders for right roles at the right time.
• Developing ways to reach Principal, Director & VP level design talent.
• Contributing knowledge on industries and talent pools to the team and recruiting community.
• Building design talent networks in technology and education sectors and maintaining evergreen candidate lists.
• Owning relationships with executives and hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and coaching.
• Conducting calls, phone screens, interviews and references; participating in hiring decisions across the lifecycle.
