Amazon is seeking a full life cycle recruiter on the Global Specialty Recruiting team to partner with senior scientists and executives, shaping talent acquisition strategy and delivering top talent for complex roles.

As part of GSR, you will build candidate networks, craft targeted search strategies, and influence executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality across high-stakes searches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting at executive level experience.
• 10+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level experience.
• 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience.
• 5+ years of advising and influencing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Partner with research and cultivate candidates for leaders across science and tech.
• Create robust search strategies to identify the right leaders at the right time.
• Develop new ways to connect with senior science talent and raise the bar.
• Share intelligence to strengthen the team and recruiting community.
• Build science talent networks across technology and education sectors.
• Own business and stakeholder relationships, advising executive hiring managers and teams.
• Conduct informational calls, screens, interviews, and references throughout the life cycle.
