Job summary

Staples is seeking a senior Production Designer to lead creative operations for retail and eCommerce initiatives. You will guide production teams, ensure brand consistency, and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Digital Experience teams, with a focus on scalable workflows, accessibility standards, and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Creative Production, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of production design experience in retail/eCommerce/omnichannel environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading creative or production teams.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing production workflows, resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery timelines across multiple projects.
• Experience creating or maintaining production templates, standards, documentation, and file structures.
• Knowledge of brand standards, accessibility requirements, and channel-specific guidelines.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
