Job summary

Staples is seeking a senior Production Designer to lead in-store and digital production across omnichannel campaigns. Translate concept into production-ready assets, mentor a small design team, and partner with Creative Directors and Managers to deliver high-visibility projects.

You bring 5+ years in retail production design, expert Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a keen eye for print production, vendor specs, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of production design experience in retail, agency, or omnichannel marketing.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative professionals.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of print production, mechanical preparation, vendor specifications, and omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Bring creative ideas to life across in-store marketing, print collateral, direct mail, signage, and other retail touchpoints.
• Lead and coach a small team of Production Designers.
• Collaborate across digital, print, and retail channels within an omnichannel team.
• Lead execution of complex, high-visibility production work for retail and print.
• Create and deliver production-ready assets including signs, displays, and direct mail.
