Job summary

Staples is seeking an experienced Production Design leader to guide multi-channel campaigns from concept through delivery. You will balance hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and scalable workflows.

You’ll coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising and external partners, optimizing production templates and timelines while mentoring a growing production team. This role emphasizes accessibility and quality across digital and print outputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Creative Production, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of production design experience in retail/eCommerce/omnichannel settings.
2+ years leading creative or production teams.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience managing production workflows, resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery timelines across multiple projects.
Experience creating/maintaining production templates, standards, documentation, file structures, naming conventions, or quality-control processes.
Experience preparing assets to meet brand standards, technical specs, accessibility, and channel guidelines.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Project Management, Digital Experience, or external vendors.
