Responsibilities

• Support orchestration of people, processes, and practices for a creative design practice.
• Establish operational foundation, strategy, and direction for UX teams.
• Facilitate internal meetings and coordinate with design ops leadership on scheduling and budgets.
• Identify pain points in internal processes and support solutions.
• Engage cross-functional partners across UX, Product, Tech, and Business.
• Prioritize deadlines and shifting priorities while growing the team.
