Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably in regulated/complex spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership & Strategy: Serve as the primary UX and design subject matter expert for our product, influencing design direction and decisions.
• User Research & Insights: Guide the execution of comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
• Interaction & Information Design: Drive the creation of elegant workflows and patterns that champion exceptional customer experiences.
• Visual/UI Design: Direct and implement engaging visual styles that drive the value of our products.
• Design Systems & Standards: Contribute to and refine our design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Act as a champion for user-centered design and industry trends.
• Communication & Influence: Present design strategies to senior leadership and foster innovation.
