Job summary

Aecon U.S. is seeking a Design Manager in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey, responsible for managing multidisciplinary design teams for power generation projects. The successful candidate will have extensive design experience, ideally 16+ years, including leadership in supervisory roles. The position offers an annual salary range of $170,000.00 to $190,000.00, along with comprehensive health benefits, a 401K matched plan, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Nuclear design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex engineering design projects for power generation facilities.
• Assign work, meet project schedules, and ensure accurate drawings.
• Provide technical guidance, assistance, and training to team members.
