Qualifications

• 16 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Nuclear design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex engineering design projects for power generation facilities.
• Assign work, ensure accuracy of drawings, and coordinate assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and training to design team members.
• Report on manpower requirements and staffing issues.
