Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager to guide partnered design firms on multiple projects, delivering high-quality design on budget and on schedule. The role emphasizes meeting contractual obligations, leading design meetings, and coordinating cross-functional teams across project stages.

Candidates should hold a Civil/Structural/Geotechnical degree with 8+ years of design experience and a PE license (VA/MD/DC or reciprocity).

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant design experience with deep foundation projects and support of excavation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality design on budget and schedule.
• Ensure design meets contractual obligations and program requirements.
• Lead stakeholder decision meetings, design progress meetings, and design conferences.
• Organize the design review process and lead resolution of comments.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, cost managers, and purchasing agents.
• Manage design issue resolution in real time.
• Support bid submissions and development of RFP/RFQ responses with strategic insights.
• Participate in recruiting top industry talent to join Clark Construction.
• Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people.

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering

Professional Engineering license (VA, MD, DC) or reciprocity
