Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in athletic/outdoor/sportswear/men’s apparel design.
- Experience providing creative direction and mentoring designers.
- Strong product development knowledge from design to manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of apparel construction and flat sketching.
Responsibilities
- Lead design direction for Men’s Tops & Bottoms with a strong point of view.
- Present work to senior audiences and guide team decisions.
- Mentor designers and elevate overall design output.
