Job summary

The North Face, Denver-based, is seeking a Product Developer for Men's Apparel to lead end-to-end development of selected styles. You will translate design concepts into 3D and physical samples, ensuring fit, cost, and quality targets are met while coordinating with global teams and vendors.

With 4+ years in apparel product development and strong BOM/tech pack knowledge, you’ll work across design, sourcing, and manufacturing, using PLM/PDM and 3D tools to streamline prototyping and production

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel product development.
• Familiarity with patternmaking and grading.
• Experience with BOMs, specs, and tech packs.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems.
• Proficiency with 3D development tools (Browzwear, CLO, Optitex).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Agility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of assigned styles from concept to production.
• Translate design vision into 3D and physical samples while meeting cost targets.
• Maintain BOMs, specs, tech packs, and program documentation.
• Lead reviews of product execution at prototype stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve construction, fit, and cost issues.
• Support sourcing and production readiness, including vendor alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement within product categories.
