Alt Platform Inc is seeking a product designer who owns marketplace surfaces end-to-end, from listing to payout. You will craft problem frames, instrument metrics, and deliver prototypes that ships with measurable impact.

Use AI to augment design, validate via user feedback, and collaborate with engineers to move from concept to shipped features. We value relentless curiosity, clarity in problem framing, and a portfolio focused on outcomes over screens.

Qualifications

• Relentless curiosity about users.
• Able to frame ambiguous problems with evidence and metrics.
• Articulation of trade-offs between design and engineering.
• Experience prototyping in code or code-adjacent tools.
• Ability to use AI to enhance design workflows and validation.
• Portfolio showing problems and outcomes rather than screens.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace surfaces: listing, submission, bidding, auction close, payout.
• Write problem frames with written bars and measurable success metrics.
• Develop and test design surfaces through prototypes, not just docs.
• Create multiple design directions and validate with users.
• Turn customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ship features.
