- Own marketplace surfaces: listing, submission, bidding, and payout flows.
- Define problem frames, metrics, and success criteria before launching.
- Create prototypes in code to evaluate ideas quickly.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to iterate.
- Write clear, persuasive design copy and UI language.
- Balance user needs with business goals and trust considerations.
- Push for multiple directions and validate with users.
- Bring behavioral data to roadmap planning.
