Job summary

Paramount+ is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft pixel‑perfect, scalable experiences for our direct‑to‑consumer platform. You’ll collaborate with product management, engineering and cross‑functional teams to translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces across discovery and engagement.

With a solid portfolio and 3–5 years of experience, you will drive design from concept to launches in an agile environment, embracing evolving AI tools to enhance prototyping and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design experience.
• Strong UX/visual design sense with intuitive interfaces.
• Able to adapt to fast-moving timelines and changing requirements.
• Owns work and works independently with accountability.
• Gathers consensus from internal partners and pivots quickly.
• Collaborates with designers, PMs and engineers across the product lifecycle.
• Ability to rapidly concept, ideate and execute multiple concepts.
• Impressive portfolio showing modern visual design and functionality.
• Curious about AI tools, AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding workflows.
• Experience in an agile delivery team with PO, dev and QA

Responsibilities

• Create pixel-precise designs on brand guidelines and product requirements.
• Research competitive landscape and craft user flows for evolving features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional partners to solve multiple problem spaces.
• Advocate for visual/functional consistency while evolving systems and interactions.
• Leverage AI to broaden exploration and speed up delivery.
