Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) with 8–10 years of pharma/API experience is required.
Strong project management skills and ability to facilitate conflict resolution are essential.
Ability to influence all levels of project and site personnel and understand capital project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead in identifying applicable Engineering Design Standards and Regulatory requirements.
Oversee overall design delivery for capital projects and coordinate with Project Manager during all design phases.
Direct development of design requirements and maintain design schedule to meet project needs.
Coordinate with A/E firms, monitor earned value progress, and ensure design meets approved intent.
