Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a design lead for Global Facilities Delivery to oversee capital project design from concept to basic review. You will coordinate with project managers, architects/engineers, and engineering centers to ensure design meets requirements and project timelines.

The role requires a BS in Engineering with 10+ years in pharma/ API environments, strong project management, and the ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; 10+ years of manufacturing/engineering in pharma/API networks.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Experience leading design for capital projects and coordinating with design teams and external firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall design delivery for capital projects from concept to basic design review.
• Coordinate design work with Project Manager and the design team across phases.
• Develop design requirements and maintain the design schedule to meet project needs.
• Assist in selecting A/E firms and aligning with stakeholders on design decisions.
• Ensure design meets approved intent through collaboration with design firms, engineering centers and end users.
