Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Design Lead within Global Facilities Delivery to oversee the design delivery of capital projects supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, including bioprocess facilities. You will identify standards and regulatory requirements, coordinate all design phases, and develop design requirements to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience supporting pharmaceutical or API networks.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex capital projects.

Responsibilities
