Job summary

Inertia Engineering in Stockton, CA, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to ensure the reliability of engineering digital systems and tools in an industrial manufacturing setting. This onsite role resides at our Stockton facility and emphasizes accuracy and process improvement.

You will coordinate with engineering and other functions, administer ERP and CAD-related systems (JD Edwards, Drawing Configurator, process sheets), and develop user training and documentation, while adhering to safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Competencies: Oracle JD Edwards or similar ERP familiarity, Drawing Configurator, and process sheet generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between engineering and other functions regarding engineering systems.
Administer engineering systems: JD Edwards, SolidWorks PDM Vault, Drawing Configurator, and process sheet generations.
Provide training and user documentation for engineering systems.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Adhere to 5S standards and maintain cleanliness of work area.
Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
