Job summary
Inertia Engineering in Stockton, CA is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to ensure the reliability and accuracy of engineering digital systems and tools. This onsite role is based in our Stockton facility.
You will act as a liaison between engineering and other functions regarding engineering systems, administer JD Edwards ERP, SolidWorks PDM Vault, and the Drawing Configurator, and produce training materials and process sheets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 8 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and engineering data tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between engineering and other functions regarding engineering systems.
- Administer engineering systems: JDE ERP, SolidWorks PDM Vault, Drawing Configurator, and process sheets.
- Provide training and user documentation for engineering systems.
- Complete all necessary documents accurately.
- Adhere to 5S and safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
