Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in automotive interiors.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with DFMEA, GD&T, and DFM.
• Proficient in Catia V5/V6 and 3D/2D modeling.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and offshore coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for large scale product development programs, including feasibility analysis and design using CATIA.
• Create concepts and specifications that meet cost, delivery, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Manage transition to small-scale projects, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Support management with project scope, scheduling, quoting, and reporting for small projects.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Identify ways to increase efficiency, use up-to-date tech, and reduce costs.
