Job summary

STV Inc. is seeking a Design Build Manager in Los Angeles, CA, to oversee complex building design projects through the entire project lifecycle. This role includes leading project efforts, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality across interdisciplinary teams while engaging with public stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in design, hold an active California Professional Engineer or Architect license, and have a proven track record managing Design Build projects above $5MM.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in design, including leading projects from conceptual design through construction.
• Active California-licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect.
• Proven track record in managing Design Build projects with fees over $5MM.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract negotiation through construction completion.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams covering architectural, MEP and structural design.
• Maintain accountability for budget, schedule, scope, and quality on projects.
• Support public outreach efforts as primary liaison with agencies.
• Oversee shop drawing reviews and manage change orders.
