This role requires expertise in risk management and project management software like Revit. The position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $185,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience managing construction and/or design integration.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• DBIA Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design-build process from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
