Job summary

Atalnt Llc is seeking a Project Manager for design-build industrial and commercial projects in the Chicago area. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning the budget, schedule and client relationships, and collaborating with the field superintendent.

Responsibilities include coordinating design consultants, driving design to budget, buying out the job, and managing subcontractors while acting as the main contact for owners, developers and brokers on projects across

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a project manager with a general contractor or design-builder.
• Industrial or commercial ground-up work experience.
• Experience with budgets, buyout and owner-facing reporting.
• Experience with developer or REIT clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own the budget, schedule and client relationship.
• Work with the superintendent in the field.
• Coordinate design consultants and drive design to budget.
• Buy out the job, write subcontracts and manage subcontractors.
• Be the main point of contact for owners, developers and brokers.
• Close out projects: punch lists, warranties and turnover.
