Job summary
Accel Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and federal projects from bidding through close-out in Chicago, IL. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and financial performance while coordinating with architects, engineers, and field teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in construction, with 5+ years in contract management for commercial or industrial work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years post-graduate construction industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managing commercial/industrial projects and contracts as PM/CM/Superintendent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from bidding to close-out for commercial, industrial, and federal projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and site superintendents to meet schedules and budgets.
- Perform on-site quality and safety inspections and manage change orders and subcontractor agreements.
