Atalnt Llc is seeking a Project Manager for design-build industrial and commercial projects in the Chicago area. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning the budget, schedule and client relationships, and collaborating with the field superintendent.

The role

You'll lead design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll own the budget, schedule and client relationship, and work hand in hand with the superintendent in the field.

What you'll do

• Run industrial and commercial design-build projects: warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, build-to-suit and tenant work
  
• Coordinate design consultants and drive the design to budget
  
• Buy out the job, write subcontracts and manage subcontractors
  
• Own the schedule, cost reports, change orders and pay applications
  
• Be the main point of contact for owners, developers and brokers
  
• Close out projects: punch lists, warranties and turnover

• Tilt-up or precast and pre-engineered metal buildings are a plus
  
• Strong with budgets, buyout and owner-facing reporting

• Lives within reach of the Chicago area and works on site as projects need
