Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to join our Minneapolis-area general contractor team. Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and procurement, and prepare status reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of PM experience in GC.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CM, CE, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in construction PM.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and procurement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project details to schedule deliverables and costs.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors to meet expectations and efficiency.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory for cost-effectiveness.
• Review daily progress and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status for stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts and obtain permits.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks and implement QC programs.
• Lead and manage project team to optimize performance.
