You will collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CM or related field, 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling tools, and budgeting practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for commercial builds such as medical offices, retail spaces, and sports facilities.
• Manage relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
• Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct value engineering and bid analysis to optimize project outcomes.
• Administer contracts and manage project documentation and reporting.
